The “Report on Mobile Shopping” study indicates that 33 percent of all survey respondents had accessed a retailer’s web site using a mobile phone, up from only 24 percent in 2009, and an additional 26 percent said they plan to use their mobile phone to visit a company’s website, mobile web site, or mobile application in the future.
